The kit seems ok but there are no directions on how to use frosting tubes and I can find nothing on this site that helps either although directed here for help.

I am disappointed this year with this new design. This is the third year I was getting the gingerbread houses from Bakery Bling. The last two times were fine. This year I ordered two kits of the new design which I was very excited about. However, the kits just came with disappointments. First, both the nutcrackers were broken in one kit, and the wreath and one nutcracker were broken in another kit. Also the sprinkles were completely different from what was advertised in the listing and the box. (Picture included to show the differences) It was showing that the sprinkles were in rainbow and came with Christmas lights. However, both kits of mine just came with random sprinkles. No Christmas lights at all, and the colors of the random sprinkles doesn't even match with the vibe of the kit. My little one was very disappointed and saying the it looked nothing like the kit. And now I am also short of a Christmas present for a friend, as one of the kits I ordered was supposed to be a present for a good friend.

Not only did the shipping take forever after we paid for express, but they sent me the entirely wrong house! My 6 year old who had been looking forward to this for weeks was crushed. Additionally when putting together the house that was wrongly sent, because we didn't want to ruin her Christmas experience, we discovered the icing is the same stuff they use in the 5 dollar Walmart kits! For 35 bucks with an extra 15 for shipping I expected MUCH better quality and customer service. Deeply disappointed, this was a bust. Will not be ordering again.
