Bakery Bling is a food manufacturer, therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products due to health & safety issues. Unfortunately there are no exceptions! All items sold directly through bakerybling.com are also final sale, unless the item was received damaged after being shipped by our facility. If that occurs, please send us a photo, and we will do what we can to make it right. We can not be held responsible for shipping delays or unforeseen circumstances in deliveries, once the items leave our premises they are the responsibility of the shipping company or retail partner.

Generally all orders leave the facility within 1-2 business days, excluding holiday seasons.
