The icing did not stick and the sides kept falling. Most gingerbread houses seem to fall into this category but the icing did not stick.

We bought 2 of these for my kids. The icing was horrible we tried a lot to get it to set but it was so runny they wouldn’t stay together. We tried the freezer and nothing worked. All the accessories were broken in one box and it shows lights and reindeer on the box they were not included. Ended up throwing them out. Waste of money

The materials are all acceptable quality, but the icing is impossibly runny to work with. We followed the instructions exactly and the icing was so runny, that nothing would set. We went as far as putting the icing in the freezer for 30mins to try to firm up the icing, but no improvement. Eventually we sourced our own icing to finish up the houses. Disappointing to my kids and our family.

Don't waste your money this kit is garbage . The house mold is too big ghe walls fall before icing holds icing is a wet mess. Tip of bag is cut too wide sloppy as heck.

Gingerbread house was missing ingredients. It was more of a pale beige "flour cookie house" with no ginger nor molasses flavour. It was necessary to either return it / toss it out, and try making my own ginger-house from scratch. Accessory 'wooden door' and 'teddy bear' look nothing like the box photos. Maybe very small children wouldn't mind, but for an adult to purchase this was quite disappointing. Especially at this price.
